'If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town.

'Amazing place! It is a little outside the town with an amazing view of the volcano. The property was so relaxing with a pool and shaded areas to hang out. So many birds and a beautiful garden! The actual room was good for sleeping and making simple meals but we spent most of our time outdoors on the property. Would stay again!'
'The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge.
