'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

'They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!'

'This place is the most beautiful place that we have stayed at in the Riviera Maya…and we ha f stayed in many. The staff are so so friendly, kind and helpful. We stayed 10 days. The kids loved it and I appreciated the conservation of the land and waters. Just be mindful that food and activities there are expensive. We went and ate in Playa del Carmen as well as grocery shopped which helped. It’s worth it. Would definitely stay again. '

'Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wanted a resort on the ocean but you had to make an effort to spend time at the parts of the resort where the ocean was visible. The beach in front of the resort was not great, and this general Puerto Morelos area is not great for folks who love spending time at the beach. It was nice being able to go between the 3 resorts, all with their own theme and restaurants. If we went back to this same resort in the future, we’d probably stay at Ventus Ha instead since...

'Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good! My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable.'
