"Disappointing Stay at Sensira Resort Cancun – Not Worth the Hype Our stay at Sensira Resort Cancun started with high hopes but ended with many disappointments. While the property has potential and the location is beautiful, the overall experience did not live up to expectations – especially for an all-inclusive resort. Service Issues: From the beginning, it was clear that service here is heavily tip-driven. If you don’t tip waiters upfront or regularly, you may be ignored or treated with indifference. This shouldn’t be the case in an all-inclusive resort where good service should be standard. Staff often came across as unfriendly and uninterested, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Dining Experience: The food was mediocre at best. The buffet lacked freshness, and food items often seemed like they had been sitting out for hours. We tried the three à la carte restaurants: • Steakhouse: We ordered a medium steak and received a well-done one instead. When we pointed it out, they claimed to make a new one but served us the exact same piece, just cut differently. The meat was tough and poorly seasoned. • Italian Restaurant: We ordered three Margherita pizzas – all of them came without tomato sauce and were overloaded with cheese. When we asked about it, the waiter said the oven was broken and they had to use a salamander grill instead. Apparently, they were also out of tomato sauce? We also ordered spaghetti with chicken and asparagus. The chicken turned out to be deep-fried"

"Een goed leuk uitziend hotel Er is wel wat te doen sommige dingen betaald . Eten best veel en veel waar je apart kan gaan eten maar weinig variatie. pas op met taxi het is een gesloten gebied dus je komt daar alleen met hun taxi af omdat deze hotel buiten de hotel zone valt die zijn erg prijzig "
