'We reserved the Royal Suites for our second day in teh Puerto Plata area. The first day we stayed at Casa Colonial and it was awsome! At Lifestyles from the begining even checking in was painful, there were a lot of people we had to wait to check in and then wait for the room to be ready. Once we got to the room we were very dissapointed it was not what is advertised in the pictures on the web site, in fact it was old, not kept up to date. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff.
