'Our flight was delayed because of bad weather up north. We had to made last minute arrangements to stay and chose the Caribbean Presidential Suite Ocean View. Our host Ivan was very informative about the hotel. The room was very clean, the beach was a short walk and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. We were told that the pool was closed, but that was ok. Thank you Ivan for great communication.'

'We stayed in the Romance Room at Duna by DW and overall had a wonderful experience. The room was nicely sized, well-ventilated, and decorated with a beautiful rustic tropical style. It was also very clean and comfortable, which made our stay especially enjoyable. One small drawback was the bathroom door—it’s an older sliding door that was very loud and could definitely use an upgrade. 'Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view from the balcony Right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. It's nothing fancy, but perfectly fine for general purposes. Everything was in working order, and host was responsive, so really no problems, and it was a great value for the cost. The casino, restaurants, and a (high priced) grocery are right nearby, so you can make most things work without the need for an Uber or whatever. 'the place was clean and in a good area with lots of restaurants nearby. the only issue was during the check in process. when we arrived, the lockbox for our room was already open and when we got to the room the door was left open. we called and they said the cleaning lady probably left it open in a hurry but it was a little weird. other than that the stay was great '

Seems like the small pool in the area it’s being repaired but we did not have expectations of using it.
