'Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. 'This is a very nice resort. Heated pool (not all pools are as warm as this property from our experience traveling in mexico). The suites/rooms are terrific. Spacious and comfortable. The new years party and buffet was an A+. Staff is friendly, fast and professional. The food is VERY good. We did not have a single dissapointing meal.
Only constructive feedback is the omelet bar in the morning is very slow. Just one chef and she is NOT in a hurry. often took 10 - 15 minutes to get an omelet...
