'My stay at this resort was fantastic! The amenities, restaurants, and bars were amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever they were asked. The amenities were very clean and amazing. Chez Isabelle, Kanpai, Zenith, and Milo were my favourite places to eat.'

' All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing.'

We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. 'The pools were great. Overall it was a great experience however you are trapped in the property. Only one store...unless you drink 24 hourrs a day I wouldn't recommend it'

'Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. '

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
