'The location of the Eros Hotel was wonderfull. Unfortunately was that the only thing, it looked like that the reception was 24hr Kranky! I went a several times to the reception to complain about the tons of dust in my room. But the didn’t do a thing or apologized (which is free). During the check out, the guy didn’t asked me how my stay was which is bad. Or don’t they care? So I told the guy that I wasn’t happy!! At all and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, this because of the staff!...

Breakfast was in a smaller room for which cleanliness and amount of choice can be improved. Personnel was very friendly and accommodating, only odd thing was that they decided to deactivate the key card in the middle of our stay. '
