Communicating with Nancy was very seamless just message through the Vrbo app. We had a few hiccups with the power and Nancy was very helpful and understanding. We were blown away by the community spaces upon entry as there is a kitchen and wonderdul searing area on the ground floor. Also the room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable.
