'Everything was on point the one thing that would make it excellent is complimentary breakfast'

'Check in was 3pm we werent able to get our room till 4:30pm. We called for more towels and front desk told us no we had to go downstairs to get them because they only had 1 person at the desk.'

'I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....

'Everything about this stay was absolutely terrible the staff and management absolutely completely rude as can be they argued with me about my pet who is a service dog and accused of being a liar even after presented with the documents and literally came to my room a second time saying they needed to see her certificate and while I was pulling it back out they continued to accuse me of lying telling me when is my checkout that I need to not reserve any more nights there called me disrespectful...

'This motel was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was a nonsmokers and it smelled like smoke. The pillows has a awful smell to them and they were all stained, I did not undo the bed because I was already disgusted. The towels,omg... the were dingy, and stained. And to top off the night. Me and my daughter were having our dinner when the roaches started to run on the wall. That was the cherry on the cake.'
