'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'Het hotel was prima, met uitzicht op de bergen van Ha Long Bay, echter voor de deur (overkant weg) zeer grote bouwput, waar 24/7 wordt gewerkt. Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kan door de grootte van het hotel echter niet altijd attent zijn. Prima, luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers ook erg luxe. Hotel is niet erg professioneel in het boeken van dagtouren. Veel te duur,...

'Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. Food was excellent, opinion from a Vietnamese ex-pat. Pho was delicious. Staff was very responsive. Two excursions were excellent. Most luxurious boat @ Halong Bay'

'We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. '
