'Too many things in the room did not work properly. Water, toilet, ... and breakfast was too little for the money, and even taking another bun was not allowed by the staff. Very disappointing '

'L’emplacement de l’hôte est stratégique. Pas trop loin du centre vielle et près du stade de France, si vous souhaitez assister à un concert. Il y’a également un grand nombre de transport en communs à proximité. Le style de décoration n’est pas forment celui que je préfère, mais l’ensemble reste cohérent. Throughout this time, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, neither by the staff member who made the error nor by the two managers I later dealt with. Eventually I did get a refund, but the situation was handled with such incompetence...

'The hotel was located really close to transport links so that was very useful and close to Gare du Nord station and reception is staffed 24/7- which were the reasons why I booked it. The room was small but did not feel suffocating and everything was laid out very nicely and in a functional way, including the bathroom and it was all clean. Overall it was very ideal for my stay. I just had one scary experience- on my last night a man who appeared a bit suspicious did try to follow me into...
