'We ended up staying in a different apartment Caire 1 as they emailed to say this one had no air con working so changed us. Communication was good. There was a couple of issues I had to contact them about before arrival and also on arrival as code didn’t work but they responded very quickly and the issues were resolved. Apartment was lovely , clean and comfortable and a good location for exploring Paris. Would definitely stay again if we return.'

'Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.'

'Nice big apartment, just one floor up a winding but not-too-narrow staircase, away from street noise and with good cross-ventilation. The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the big dining table and plenty of chairs for our family with two parents and three adult children. The bathroom setup was different than I had expected from the description: one bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, sinks and shower. The other bedrooms have en suite *bath* rooms...

'Be aware if you are very sensitive to noise, since this apartment is on the first floor you can hear trains passing underground. Bathroom needs better ventilation. Furniture needs care, some parts of furniture is falling off'

The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions before, after and during the stay.
