Really calm at night, no noises and very peaceful. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Parking spaces available inside and outside the property. '

'We had a comfortable stay with 6 cyclists in this complete furnished house. The three bathrooms make it really easy to share the house with more couples. The house was clean and the bed sheets and towel services come in really handy. The outside area is a great finishing touch to the house with plenty of space to sit and relax. The location on the Island is a perfect starting point for a variety of cycling routes. We can really recommend this place and we hope to come back next year!'

Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kamin auf dem Foto ist nicht benutzbar. Leider fehlt ein großer Kochtopf sowie genügend Besteck. Und uns war aus der Beschreibung nicht klar, dass das Badezimmer ohne Abtrennung in den Schlafbereich integriert ist. Und der Meerblick von der Wanne sowie vom Bett ist leider auch...

'Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist es empfehlenswert ein Mietauto zu haben, um nach Alcudia und Umgebung zu kommen. Busse gibt es nicht in der Nähe. Die Bacha ist funktionstüchtig und benötigt alles, was man braucht, um dort zu leben. Sie ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Fenster/Türen klemmen. Der Duschvorhang bedarf Erneuerung. Die Einbaukleiderschränke riechen muffig. Wie gesagt, es ist funktionstüchtig, aber nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet, was verständlich ist,...

'This Villa ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for. Enough comfortable rooms/beds and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for catering including some extras like oils and herbs etc. The owner left a welcome basket as we arrived very very late. The pool was great, not heated but that wasn’t necessary - it was a decent size and there were a selection of pool toys and inflatable to have fun with. "Heerlijk ontbijt met verse jus en warme croissantjes. Diner en lunch elke dag wat anders en kwaliteit zeer voldoende. Ook glutenvrije opties. Vriendelijk personeel! Fijn zwembad, het leek verwarmd maar dit kwam door de zon. All inclusive is ook zeker de moeite waard. Rustig gelegen locatie. Let wel op dat het druk is met kinderen dus als je rust wilt is dit niet het juiste hotel. Enige min puntje dat ik heb, dat is de schoonmaak. Die was slecht of ik ben verwend met andere hotels waar ze elke dag je bed opmaakte en de vloer schoonmaakte. "

"Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers bij de ligbedden, dit kan echt niet. Tot slot is het jammer dat de bar niet echt gebruikt wordt en er geen gezellige zitjes zijn om 's avonds nog even een drankje te doen, al kan dit wel op loopafstand bij andere tentjes. Heerlijk verblijf gehad maar met een aantal verbeterpunten"
