'STAY AWAY! No one ever answered my messages or answered the phone when i called. They canceled our reservation 12 hours before check in (with no explanation) which left us scrambling to find new lodging.'

'Great stay here at this house! Was perfect location to walk to our event at Huntington Beach. Definitely a huge plus for location. The house fit our crew of adults very well. The smaller bedrooms had some pretty stiff beds though. And all the rooms could use new pillows as they were all very flat. But the location and size of the house made up for uncomfortable beds! The manager of the villa was wonderful and always responded in a timely manner and we recommend the villa highly. Our only complaint is that the front desk at Terranea is not very responsive and sometimes no one even answered the phone there.'
