'3rd time here. We like to stop heading up to Virginia from GA. There are so many great restaurants and breweries nearby. The hotel has been consistently clean and staff always prompt, kind, and helpful. Plan to stay again when we pass through Charlotte!'

'Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...

'Very cool place, love how they kept a lot of the old bank/legal building features. Thoroughly enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and the room itself was quite a nice surprise! 'Our room was spacious for 2 people. The bathroom was average but it was clean enough. It does need a bit of deep cleaning as the vents were filled with dust. The beds were comfortable. For the price we paid, it believe it was well worth it.'

'Staff was wonderful. Night check in was very sweet and helpful. Despite some cleanliness issues and room changes, she was gracious, patient, and overall pleasant and kind. Check out also had a wonderful and sweet lady working. Coffee was excellent in the morning. Dog friendly with large green space . The only issue was the beds and tubs were not that clean , pull out was quite dirty, you could tell it wasn’t cleaned and beds were not cleaned between guests. Tub not clean so we decided not to...

'The lobby was unkempt on Sunday morning crumbs all over the furniture and the carpets the the pillows on the furniture were not set and there was a table for two which had two napkins and half a set of utensils and I was the first one down there.
