'Two suites that are perfect for two families staying together. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Had a beautiful view and a short walk to a Dam. The place is attached to a restaurant, but wasn't noticeable during our stay. The suites were very clean. The Host was also very understanding and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay. '

'Perfect home for a couple of friends, maybe 3, to explore the Lake Placid area. Only 20-30 minutes from great hikes, Whiteface, John Brown Farm, Mt. Van Hoevenberg, Lake Saranac. A short walk to ice cream, pizza, and just a little farther to downtown LP. Host was very responsive and home is sufficiently equipped. My friend and I had a very nice stay.'

'The location is set nicely between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid making either just a 10 minute drive. The property itself it well kept and peaceful. The Cabin has everything you would need. Couldnt have asked for a smoother quiet comfortable location.'

'Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use. 'We stayed at the”Blackhaus” January 19-23. The house was perfect for our 3 teenage boys and my wife and I. It is a bit off the road which offers serenity and peace. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. It is located just about 8 minutes from whiteface ski resort and about 22 minutes to lake placid. I Will definitely stay here again. '

'We had a wonderful getaway at the Keene Cozy Cottage. It is in a fantastic location in the Lake Placid region. We spent all of our time hiking and biking in the Wilmington area, which was easy to get to. But Lake Placid or the High Peaks are also close, if that’s why you’re staying. The cabin was charming. It was very well stocked with so many little conveniences. There were several times we said, “oh, we wish we brought X,” and there it was in one of the drawers. The cabin was also very well...

'Property is just as described. Was in a perfect location between Whiteface and Lake Placid. My boyfriend and son loved being able to fish right behind the house (trail is steep but well marked). The hot tub was amazing! The little supermarket is definitely little so if you’re arriving later at night I would recommend brining any food stuff you may need for the next morning with you (coffee!). Wonderful weekend would definitely stay again!'
