'We selected this location because of its proximity to family. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Stephan was highly responsive each time we reached out. Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times. He responded appropriately by first providing space heaters, and ultimately replacing the broken thermostat. We would definitely...

'Very comfortable stay for a night to attend a concert at The Stone Pony. The cottage is quaint and cozy. It has everything you need. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future and recommend it to others. '

'Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.'
