We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed.

'I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. '

'This is a historical property that is completely remodeled and beautiful. Our suite had a living area separated by a dressing area from the bedroom and bath. Lovely, well maintained furniture throughout. A small bar was in the lobby. Self serve breakfast was offered. There is a small store on the premises. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend.'

'Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations.
As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere. Based on my experience, the property appears to be in need of significant cleaning and maintenance/renovation.
