'Clean, modern, well maintained, comfortable. There is another nearby Hyatt Place at "Arrowood," which is sort of under renovation and rather old and tired. This one (Billy Graham Parkway) is better than the other one.'

'Op zich voldoende/goed hotel vlakbij de luchthaven. Wat gedateerd maar bedden zijn comfortabel.
Het is jammer dat na aankomst op de luchthaven na 40 min de shuttle er nog steeds niet was. Gelukkig heeft de shuttle van een ander hotel dat er naast lag mij meegenomen.
Nachtportier was erg beleefd, in de ochtend stond er echter een onbeleefde vrouw. '

I had only 1 thing and that was to call the maid to my room to clean because there was dirt on the carpet and bathroom wasn't clean to me.
