'We had a great week enjoying the river and Reno. The place was great. The Dickerson location is itself cool but it is a bit of a walk to get to the bridge to the south side of the river or downtown. But if the location works for you it is a great place!'

'This was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was a nice central location, with easy access to a variety of things we wanted to do and see. The home is cozy and everything we needed was there, from towels, to cleaning supplies, to basic kitchen and cooking needs, and access to wi-fi and TV. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. If we had a question, Jeff responded in a reasonable amount of time. I feel like the response was immediate almost. Suggestions were made for places to eat...

'This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus...

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
