Er zijn 2 liften in het gebouw, maar tijdens ons verblijf (1 week) was er maar 1 werkzaam, waardoor je soms 5 minuten stond te wachten op de lift.
Het ontbijt was heel minimaal. '

'We loved our stay at Merrion Row Hotel. The staff could not be more helpful and kind. We enjoyed our meal in the quaint restaurant. We appreciated the $25 per day food credit—they made us lovely cappuccinos to start our mornings. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had in hotels. They don’t look like they would be, but they absolutely were. Merrion Row is a lovely slice of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of this district. We will definitely stay here again. '

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham).
The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full.
Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo.
Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"Top locatie! Alles is dichtbij. Hotelpersoneel waren super behulpzaam. De manager was heel erg aardig. Daarnaast merk je niets van het geluid van buiten in de slaapkamer(s). Kleine maar prima gym. "

Kamers zijn schoon, bed wordt elke dag opgemaakt en elke dag schone handdoeken.
