'Nice hotel but terrible cheap beds!'

'We hebben tijdens de boeking van de kamer, gevraagd om een ruimere kamer en ook extra voor betaald (3pax). Maar niet gekregen, het was gewoon krap. Geen waterkoker of iets dergelijks, totaal geen voorzieningen. Alleen een Mini Bar. De linnen/handdoeken voorzieningen waren wel zeer goed. Te goed 😉 De 1 persoonsbedden te smal. De airconditioning had maar 1 fatsoenlijke stand om het uit te houden bij 35c buiten. Al met al zeker geen 4 sterren hotel. Hooguit een 2,5 .'

'The hotel is very nice and efficient. Our room was spacious, although the furniture was a bit outdated. A nice and spacious bathroom with a balcony. The couch in the junior suite was very hard to lie on. There is also too much light which turns on everywhere as you enter the room, and it was difficult to figure out how to turn it off. Staff is efficient everywhere, from the reception to restaurants. They accommodated us 30 min earlier before the checkin time and showed the best way to get to the...

'Schoon fijn relaxed hotel'

'Kleinschalig hotel vlakbij het Atocha station, waarvandaan je gemakkelijk met het OV overal in de stad komt. Kamer was iets kleiner dan van te voren verwacht, maar alles wat je nodig had was er, koelkastje, badkamer met douche in bad, tv en een lekker bed. '

'Nice hotel not that far from the city center. Lai near metrostations. Good breakfast and good beds. Quiet rooms. '
