'Great room, nice pool'

'Love this resort'

'We booked a king 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights starting October 23, 2026 for 4 nights. The next morning we noticed small cockroach nymphs on the floor near the entry and in the bathroom. We stopped at the front desk and let them know before heading out for the day hoping that it would be dealt with. We returned late to our room to find more of these bugs on the floor. I called the front desk to enquire what had been done when we were out all day, the clerk was not sure but she was slcwrtain that...

'I’ve been to this area several times and this was the first time I was unhappy First off , roaches in the sink and wall Second, sofa was too low to sit on. Terrible for elderly visitors Third, mattress dented in the middle and my back every morning. Not sure what is going on. Hope that things change because I visit this resort at least twice a year.'

'Absolute top location for EPCOT, very well maintained hotel, Friendly staff. '
