'VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund.'

'This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip. We went to see Crabtree Falls and stopped by the cutest little country store named Silver Creek Seaman Packing Shed. I highly recommend this home- thank you so much for your hospitality, Teresa!'

'Ashley was fantastic. House was exactly what we needed. One thing you may want to advertise is that there a nice pickleball courts just a 5 minute walk away along with a coffee shop. Such convenience but still in a beautiful mountain setting. I wish we had brought our racquets. '
