'Expedia needs to let customers know, **when booking this hotel, not 2 days later** that a parking structure is being built behind the property, eliminating current onsite parking. Offsite, and valet are avaliable but the cost is obscene. I love this hotel and downtown Riverside, but parking situation has long been an annoyance.

'The Food Lab is within walking distance from this hotel and it is a great option for the whole family, we were able to have something different every night. Unfortunately, we stayed before the hotel garage and pool were complete, but we were able to find street parking most of the time for free. The rooms were great and it will be a nice place to stay when they complete everything.'
