- A beautiful 650 m² shared garden, facing east/south-east, enclosed and sloping.

The apartment is ideally located in Caudebec-en-Caux, in a quiet neighborhood on the GR2 (50 m from the property) in a very pleasant environment. The "Le Calidu" pedestrian path provides quick, direct access to the town center and the Seine quay. What's more, the property's location makes it easy to reach emblematic towns such as Etretat in 40 minutes, Deuville in 1 hour and Honfleur in 1 hour.
