'Very nice B&B in central Padova. Central location between railway station and downtown, close to restaurants. Great restaurant recommendation from host. Front rooms can be noisy though, but I guess it's a student town so can be expected. Nothing the B&B can do about, but Padova seems to have lots of mosquitoes. '

'We stayed here the night before our cruise. The biggest advantage was its accessibility to the Number 5 bus stop. It was only a block from the bus stop and the bus runs very regularly. The next morning we took the bus to Piazzale Roma in Venice and then went to the cruise terminal. That part was pretty painless and inexpensive, as was the rental.
