'Excellent location, close to shops, grocery, dining, and most importantly the Water Bus. While in a busy/loud corridor, closing the shutters and windows drowned out nearly all sound. Small room, but generous sized bathroom. We had speedy WiFi, and access to fresh filtered water in the “kitchen” across the hall. We were only disappointed in the lack of coffee in the morning, but didn’t mind much as we could walk down the street to a cafe on the water. The “air conditioning” would not go below...

'The bathroom need a new shower head'

'Location was excellent, access to Venice perfect, free parking!'

Ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend. '

'Nice room / apartment, spacious, comfortable and clean. Very suitable for -3 people. In the city center, close to San Marco square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again'

'Stanza pulita e adeguatamente riscaldata. Personale gentile. '

'Our stay at this bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Paolo and his wife provided world-class service from beginning to end. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They always answered my phone calls and texts quickly and took the time to answer every question I had. The room was perfect—beautifully decorated with a lovely European style, extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The breakfast was fantastic! There were so...

'This was a lovely property, well updated and fantastic location. Dark and quiet rooms great for getting some sleep. The complimentary water and champagne was a lovely surprise. Would happily stay here again.'

'Great location and view! The room was lovely. The only issue we had is that the air conditioning wouldn't turn lower than 20 degrees and when I contacted the staff, they said they would reduce the temperature but it didn't ever fall below that... Made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep'

'Fantastisch mooie en ruime kamer, centraal gelegen.'
