'Kamer was goed maar ontbijt ontzettend slecht. We hadden 2 overnachtingen geboekt en dus 2 ontbijten. Geen yoghurt en koelkast leeg. Bijna geen broodbeleg (jam) en kannen met sinaasappelsap waren beide ontbijten leeg.'

'From check in to out this was amazing! Beautiful and clean. The staff were all so friendly and the cocktails were on point. The room was clean and bright. Also of note, excellent location to walk to bars and restaurants!'

He told us all the good places to go and dine The hotel lobby, restaurant and sitting areas are beautiful. A very quiet place to just relax. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I will definitely return to the Hacienda Hotel.'

'The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented...

The manager has an amazing green thumb and the property had many many plants growing all around which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. I really liked the fact that there was flooring as opposed to carpeting in the room. It was a great deal, clean place, no bugs, and friendly staff. '
