'Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use.'

'We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

'House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return! '
