'A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

'Lesianne is truly a wonderful host. Her communication throughout our entire stay was rated as a 10. The units is off the cuff, very clean, quiet, and a 10 minute drive from the famous fruit stand. Heads up to the location given on the app, it sends you to a different neighborhood. However, the location given by our host was accurate. Our would rate our stay as a 10, ADORABLE. '

'Ideal location for us, near beaches, and a friends year-round residence. Finding the property was very difficult. Proprietor should provide a map to guests a few days before arrival, or should post a map on the website. A photograph of the exterior would have helped us identify the property when we first arrived.'

The convenience of door-to-door parking was greatly appreciated. The area is not only affordable but also remarkably quiet. It is conveniently located just three minutes from a bakery and approximately 15 minutes from the local beach if driving. 'The property is everything as advertised. So much so we had planned for a day outing into the rainforest and decided against it because we were so at peace hanging out on the property. We didn’t even bother with the AC. We just opened up all the windows and let the natural air circulate and listen to the sounds of the rainforest. Our host Thomas was incredibly friendly, helpful, and ready with recommendations. Will most definitely be returning to this little slice of Heaven. '

'This is your place to stay on Vieques! The inside of the apartment far exceeded what we expected. There is a nice secluded balcony where you can sit and listen to the coqui or wait for the iguana to lay on his branch directly in front of you. The street where the apartment is on has several restaurants including Mama Mia's, a pizza place that rivals anything found in the continental US. Be sure and stop at the breakfast place across the street Piu Bello that also serves gelato.'
