'The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!'

'This is a beautiful well maintained property. The stayed in an updated Double room. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is spacious. There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee 👍👍. 10/10 recommend. Don’t forget ur complimentary cocktail! Will definitely visit again in the future.'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel.
Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast.
Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld.

It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.'

'Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included....
