'Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch.'

'Huge room, great view, funky vibe. It is, however, on the automated check-in model. There was a staff person and phone support to help me navigate the glitches (e.g. my initial elevator code didn't work). But everything is designed to be online and this didn't appeal to me. Everything worked out though. Bear in mind the hotel occupies the top three floors of an office building so look for the Santander building lobby not a traditional hotel foyer. It is a quite cool place'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated.
