La Quinta Inn & Suites-accommodaties in Rowlett

'Bedding was dirty, they gave me new sheets and those were dirty and stained as well. I had to change the bedding myself at that. Seen that the door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, they said we couldn’t change rooms being that they didn’t have anymore. I had a two day stay and they didn’t bother to come in and clean the room, there was no DND sign on the door or nothing so I was confused. I would never book a LaQuinta ever again. Poor poor property ! '

'Breakfast for 6 days I was there was sausages and scrambled egg - no variety. Noisy at night I had a ranting screaming woman in a room near me and nearly called the police because it felt like she was targeting a younger person in the room with her. Two nights of that. The hotel staff were great and helpful . It’s close to a shopping center that is mostly restaurants so that’s a positive but consequentially it’s noisy'

'Our room was great very clean, the bed was comfortable, and quiet, we only stayed one night. We booked this hotel for the ease of leaving our car there for vacation and having the shuttle to transport us to and from the airport. On the day we went to the airport the got us a uber, although on our return our flight was delayed due to bad weather so we called the hotel to inform them it would be late when we arrived and the lady on the phone said if it was after 11pm we would have to get a uber...

'The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but everything was perfect: the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a good variety. I would def stay here again '

'Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!'

'Redelijk nieuw hotel ziet er nog netjes en fris uit. Meubels in de lobby zijn wel al versleten. Kamers zijn mooi groot en de badkamer is netjes. Ontbijt is goed maar een half uur voor het einde wordt er al bijna niks meer bijgevuld.'

'The bathroom ceiling was broken looked like there might have been a water leak from room above . Also damage to bathroom wall on left side of bathtub. Blood on comforter. Woke up in middle if night and killed a bug of some kind. Disappointing breakfast. Dog in opposite room woke me in early morning.Great location.'

'We had our vehicle stolen at this location. The vehicle theft within this area is extremely high. The hotel itself isn’t too bad but there is no security at all!! There are a lot of homeless people in the area going through. It’s a very sketchy area!!'
