'The house had cockroaches and bugs all over it. The kitchen was dirty and unwashed the same for the fridge and there was rotten meat in the fridge giving off a horrid smell. We rented the whole house butbthe owner was still there and refused to leave. He also told us "no noise after 11" we didnt stay the full time and had to leave. I am requesting a full refund '

'A very nicely refurbished property in a quiet area. The property was extremely clean and very tastefully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Almost everything you’d need is supplied, although I would have liked the addition of an air fryer. I don’t think anyone staying in this accommodation would be disappointed. Highly recommended '

'Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. '
