'Check in was smooth, Giancarlo is a very nice man. We forgot the key one night and he was so gracious and understanding! The room is very self contained with everything one will need. The only drawback is the location, you will have to walk a few blocks over to find the good restaurants and it looks worn and tired area. However I am told it is very safe. All in all though, this was good value and safe, clean accommodations. Travelling as a family of 4 with 12 and 17 year old.'

'This was very up and down. We ended up here because our original accommodation was canceled at the last minute and this was the only thing Expedia had available. We were on the top floor. We had to walk up all those stairs which we were not expecting but once we got to the room it looked good. No complaints…..until Tuesday night. We had just gotten In after midnight.
