'Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. 'Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. 'Helpful staff'

'We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

'This was a wonderful place to stay overnight while we were passing through. The interior is beautifully decorated with colorful artwork and vibrant touches that make the hotel feel warm and inviting. As EV drivers, we especially appreciated the two charging stations in the parking lot, which allowed us to charge overnight. 'Geweldig hotel op een prachtige plek. Uitzicht op de bergen vol met cactussen. Rustige omgeving. Prachtige oude ranch met paarden. Heerlijk zwembad en zat activiteiten te doen. Zit ook een klein museum waar de medewerker enthousiast vertelde over de slangen in het gebied en ze ook liet zien. Kinderen vinden dat prachtig. Ook veel kolibries gezien op de ranch. Enig minpuntje was het buffet/de bbq waar je voor 50 dollar pp werd aangeslagen, terwijl het buffet nog maar 45 minuten open was. Hier...
