'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. 'It had adequate parking and plenty of towels. Wish we had noticed a beach chair in one of the closets. Check in and out was super easy. I thought it'd be a little closer to all the shops and restaurants but oh well. It had a window unit AC in the living room only so the bedroom could get a little stuffy. Also, if you left any dirty dishes in the sink for even a day, you'd get what looked like baby roaches in the sink and on the counter. They weren't very frequent.'

'Kona is too citify we want a more rural surroundings '

'Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area.
