'This is a magical place. It is clean and the gas fireplace is wonderful, and the hidden room and the host’s spiritual core were other draws. There isn’t much nearby (we went to a weak Italian restaurant and to a DQ — not a lot to choose from). I’m giving less than 5 stars for this reason and because I was a bit disappointed by the restrictions on the jacuzzi (no bath salts) and kitchen (use the oven instead of the range). 'Overall great experience.'

'There were issues with renters before but the host relayed this and apologized that things were not exactly like the listing. Being forewarned was helpful. The house was wonderful and exactly what was needed. Would stay there again if in that area.'

'Great value. Quiet neighborhood, attentive hosts. Enjoy the quirks - all you need as a home base to explore the cities.'

'Nice, clean property - especially with being pet-friendly. All was as described. And, we loved the location. The neighborhood is very residential with lots of friendly neighbors. Communication was very prompt; the owner even came over to change lights in the bathroom for us. This is apartment-type living so there is noise from above and below. No one was partying or rude but it was something new for our kids.'

'Great house for a weekend stay! House is nicely redone, good sized bedrooms, very clean. Location is also nice & walkable to a cute coffee shop.'

'Great location near Como Lake. Rental company was very responsive and easy to work with'
