'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. 'Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room.'

'The best place to stay in Calangute. Right in the middle of the busy parts. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We did have to ask for towels and a hairdryer though. You need to hand your key into reception if you want your room cleaned, they don't tell you this. The attached beach shack is lovely, friendly staff, free loungers and great food. Pricey compared to places away from the beach though and a lot of sellers hassling you. Whatever price they offer you first, take a 0 off...
