Quick family stay
We booked the property recently and stayed a couple of nights with our two big dogs. House was great! Clean, stocked with anything you might need and the dogs loved it. Will definitely stay again but was annoyed to find the payment taken when I made the booking was in US dollars so almost double the advertised price. Beware of that but nothing to do with the hosts or property, they were 10/10

Fantastic space for family with kids and dogs. Warm, cosy, inviting and everything you need in the kitchen. Extra bedding if needed in cupboards. Showers were amazing. Worth the extra expense to stay here

Highly Recommend Bella House - great location
We stayed at Bella House Queens Birthday weekend. The location is fantastic as just a short stroll to the lakes, wetlands, and botanic gardens; and not far to walk to the town centre and the port. Well maintained and clean with central heating, everything we needed was provided, plenty of parking and a secure backyard for the dogs. Definitely would stay again.

One word.. Perfect!
Our last minute weekend getaway was exactly what we needed! The property was within walking distance to the beautiful botanic Gardens and lake, and we enjoyed walking this daily. The home was exceptionally clean, and the WiFi and Netflix were appreciated.

Perfect place for a family with pets!
The hosts were great and even accommodated an early check in as we had to be at a wedding in the afternoon. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. A large dining table meant we could all sit together and eat and the backyard was perfect for the dogs.

Situated in a very quiet residential area within easy walking distance to the newly landscaped Sale Botanic Gardens adjoining Lake Guthridge. Bella House had everything our party of 3 needed for our 2 night stay. Tastefully decorated, practical furniture, outdoor eating area, nice kitchen crockery, user friendly TV's. Highly recommended! We'll be back!

Fantastic property in great Gippsland location
An older house that is pretty well maintained and very well outfitted with lots of kitchen items, Netflix on a large TV and full linen service. Lovely quiet residential neighbourhood with the peacocks and fruit bats at the park nearby a real highlight.

Clean and tidy, easy to access. Close to the lake and botanical gardens, so walking dogs was easy. Dogs had a great outside area to stay in -- secure and large.

A good base for a working weekend
The house was very spacious and well equipped. 4 adults and a baby were well accomodated with another spare bedroom as well. All bed rooms were double with one having a single as well. The master bathroom had been updated although the ensuite was not quite so modern but certainly adequate. The kitchen and living areas were great and the carpet throughout was in excellent condition. Living areas were light and bright. Ducted heating was great as it was a cold March day and night. The outdoor area was lovely with a well established garden.

A comfortable home-away-from-home in Sale.
When you walk into a house you get an immediate impression and this house has a light-filled, relaxed feel. An outdoor courtyard and garden were private and good for children. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well provisioned and there were even fresh flowers in the dining room. Lounge room chairs and sofas were large, reclining and very inviting. Located a short drive from the centre of Sale and close to the lake, it is a good location to access all services. This comfortable well maintained property felt like a home away from home.
