'Perfect home for our family to stay in on a trip to Universal Studios. Only 15 mins from the park. 3 nice bedrooms in a fairly new home. Clean, quiet house, in a safe neighborhood. Owners are very friendly and responsive, and addressed a minor issue we had very promptly. Would recommend!'

'Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. '

'We had such a wonderful time on our trip to LA area. The apartment was the perfect place to call home while we were there. The location was great. It was out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to hop right over to any area. We were able to walk to the WB studio, which was great, and my husband even walked to Chick Fil A to grab us some breakfast while I showered. Grocery store was 3 mins away. Perfect location. The only issue we had at all was that the water was not warming...

'The property was in an excellent location for our son who worked on Warner Bros. property. The owners had wonderful communication, actually immediate communication for all of our needs. Very clean. Had all of the amenities. The couch and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry room or very convenient for just a very small group staying there. It was walking distance to so many things that was very convenient for eating and sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood near the interstate still...
