'A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). 'This property is amazing! Highly recommend. There is no way to capture the incredible panoramic views pictures you just have to sit in the permanent candlestick park stadium seats and bask in it. The house is immaculate with beautiful colorful decor. They have thought of everything! The bed is comfortable and the outdoor area is charming. The location is perfectly located about six minutes from downtown. And everything else In Paso Templeton or Atascadero is easily accessible in a few minutes. ...

'My fiancé and I decided to getaway for a quick one night stay with our dog and booked this studio. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property was easy to locate. The studio was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. WiFi was good for streaming which was nice and the water pressure in the shower was also really nice. The property owner was very responsive and communicated really well. Would definitely book again'
