En Especial Doris y Emi, si regresara a Cartagena sin dudarlo me quedaría aquí. Then on the downside we did not have hot water in the shower and they where hosting a big wedding so during our stay restaurant, bar etc was closed for private event and the group was very intense so we left after one night (3 nights paid) as it was not comfortable to stay longer'

The guy (Francisco I believe) opening the door, bringing luggage and such is very professional. Always walks, as I run a marathon, with a smile from ear to ear.

"We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast.
We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on offer. But we would not choose clublounge again here. Was kind of an disappointment.

For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after.
