Adorable authentieke adobe woning gelegen op 117 Quintana Street en een gemakkelijke wandeling naar de Plaza in het centrum van Santa Fe. De woonkamer heeft een houtgestookte Kiva-open haard en komt uit op een grote eetkamer met ingebouwde kasten. De nieuwe eettafel biedt plaats aan acht personen. De keuken is bijgewerkt met nieuwe kasten en werkbladen. Er is een gezellig achterterras met een houtgestookte Kiva-open haard, terrastafel en stoelen en een ligstoel. De voor- en achterkant zijn aangelegd en op druppelirrigatie.

Er zijn twee slaapkamers: de slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de tweede slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed. Een opklapbed is ook aanwezig.

Een gepleisterde muur aan de voorkant biedt privacy vanaf de straat. Dit huis vangt echt de oude charme van Santa Fe.

Er is uitgebreid natuurlijk licht vanuit alle ramen in alle kamers en off-street parking voor een kleine of middelgrote auto. De woning is gelegen aan een rustige doodlopende straat met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Dit huis is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigde items om direct naar binnen te gaan. Alle beddengoed, handdoeken en volledige keukenbenodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Speciale arrangementen voor lang verblijf kunnen op verzoek worden ondergebracht.

Open haard voor hout - we bieden geen brandhout, maar in het winterseizoen zijn bundels te koop in de nabijgelegen supermarkten.

Het huis is huisdiervriendelijk op speciaal verzoek.

This property is in a fantastic location for visiting Santa Fe. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the patio and private garden are a real plus.The host gave all information needed and everything was very straight forward.The only down side was the parking space - very tight - my daughter was in charge of that as I cannot reverse like that.Overall very happy with the stay and property.

Location is a short walk to the Plaza and also for us with a dog, close to several walking trails. Casita also has a fully fenced yard and back patio is setup nicely for grilling and eating outdoors. As has been mentioned in previous reviews and also by the owner parking can be a challenge. A neighbor parked across from the driveway and it was almost impossible to get into the driveway. Mobility issues would be a challenge as there are uneven floors, several steps and a narrow doorway into the bathroom. For us the Casita met all of our needs with a well stocked kitchen and a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We Loved our staywhen we opened the door to this little Home we were So HappyWe were within easy walking distance to the Historic plaza area and galleries kitchen was well equipped ! We enjoyed an evening of cooking and building a fire in the fireplace.! Check in and check out was seamless

This house is an easy walk to downtown plaza area, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Great shower too. The driveway is as tiny as others have said. Multiple 1-2 steps might be hard for some, esp in the dark. Great stay!

Despite frosty temperatures outside, the house was warm, welcoming and comfortable. A reasonable walk to restaurants and the Plaza, easy parking for a large Subaru in the small driveway, plenty of kitchen supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Santa Fe home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Plaza and all the shops and restaurants. The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio, which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the morning or evening. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Communication with our host was seamless, making the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Santa Fe was beautiful and the VRBO was a perfect fit to our long weekend getaway. It was walking distance to everything in the Plaza! Our host was an excellent communicator too!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Carolina during our visit to Santa Fe. The property was as listed and suited our needs very well. The house was clean and well appointed. We were able to easily walk to the Plaza and the Railyard district from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the area seemed very safe. Communication with Richard was great and he answered all of my pre-trip questions.

Great location, we could walk to town. It was fun to stay in an adobe home with all of the modern conveniences. The bed could be a little more comfortable but otherwise we loved our time there. Great location to stay to enjoy Santa Fe, we can’t wait to go back.

I liked the location and neighborhood. The house is an old property with all the charm that goes with it. There is also a bug infestation that the host is aware of, but chose not to disclose. There is mention of the bugs in the "House Manual" at the property, but not online. I had to kill and clean up the bugs several times a day. The bathroom and the bedroom were involved. The ceiling, walls, towels, shower curtain are all involved. The drip irrigation in the back courtyard is malfunctioning and spraying water everywhere with the noise that goes along with the water spray. This occurs early in the morning before sunrise right outside the bedroom window. The parking is tight, but doable. There was discloser about parking in the driveway, but also reference to parking on the street opposite the house. When I inquired did that mean on the street next to the house or on the other side of the street I was told as the email stated you can only park in the driveway. This is not true as there are numerous cars on side of the street. The arrival email, descriptions on the website and the "House Manual" contradicts each other in some cases.

Nice home within walking distance of the plaza. We didn't spend a lot of time there but the amenities were everything we needed for the two of us. It was described in the listing, but it's hard to picture until you're there - the parking situation is very tight. A few times, we couldn't park in the driveway because of other cars parked across the very narrow street.
