'This was a spacious apartment- great for 4 of us visiting the area for a family event. It was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the door and was easily reached if we needed anything. It's a very short drive to the downtown area (promenade and beach). The neighborhood in the block above the apartment (which is a half block from Wilshire) is very nice for walking. The kitchen had the necessities, although we didn't do much cooking. It was perfect for our long weekend.'

'The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.'

'Management let us know well in advance that the property we rented had a water issue. They moved us to another property next door that was similar but better too. Great views, all amenities, and constant checked on us to make sure things were okay. We did have a clogged sink and they were out there quickly to resolve the issue. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews but management went above and beyond to make sure our trip was successful.'

'Loved the location for our universal studios stay! Close enough that we could take our ebikes even. The host was great, we had to call him to check in because they had recently replaced the thing where you dial in, but he was very prompt and helpful! The parking when we got there was a little tough, there's just street parking, but we were able to move closer in the morning.'

'Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy.
