'Lazy river pool was excellent. Need hooks to hang overnight bags in the bathroom. Shower curtain wouldn’t close so the bathroom floor got wet every time we take a shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf. It was beautiful. Having direct beach access the best part. Got to do some fishing from the beach. Staff was very helpful, but a little disorganized or not knowledgeable.'

'This was my wife’s and I first time in Pensacola. We got in a little late. I don’t ever think I’ve seen such happy people just doing their job. Even the waitress at the restaurant was so nice. The hotel was very clean and the lazy river was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. Just very easy access to the pool and the beach.'
