'Had a fantastic stay here with the family. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Highly recommend staying here.'

'Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. '

'Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.'

"Fantastische ervaring gehad, prachtig en luxe hotel met geweldig uitzicht! Kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime keuze aan restaurants en bars, gevarieerd ontbijt en voor Executive kamers nog een eigen lounge met hapjes en drankjes. Prima ligging voor OV met slechts enkele overstap naar bijv. Tokyo Station of Narita."

"Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed hotel, vlakbij Hibiya line en snel bij meeste andere gebieden. 7-eleven en Family mart vlakbij. Kamer is compact, maar net groot genoeg voor 2 valiezen half open te doen en 2 rugzakken. Massagestoel werd elke dag minstens 1x gebruikt, echt leuke optie. Leuk dat je een pyjama hebt die elke dag wordt opgevouwen of zelfs ververst. 2 flesjes water per dag. Gratis koffie, tandenborstel etc. Enige jammere is geen (coin) laundry. Ze bieden laundry service aan, maar dit dan aan 500 yen per paar sokken, dan koop je er beter nieuwe."
