'Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

'It was a wonderful experience. I stay at Winkel with my two kids. The private onsen was a very special experience. I appreciated that the hotel receptionist responded my emails promptly and called a jumble taxi for us in advance to bring my suitcases and us to the Otaru station. Highly recommend.'

'Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter.'

'First time in Niseko, but this hotel seems to check all the boxes. Essentially ski in ski out, the onsen was our favourite of the trip, all staff were lovely.'
